Civil Engineer, she is Research Doctor in Regional and Urban Planning (Italy, 2009) and MSc in International Planning & Development (UK, 2007). She is presently a research fellow at the University of Cagliari, an editor of the journal “Regional Studies, Regional Science”, and a consultant for the Department of the Environment of the Sardinian Regional Administration.
Her research interests concern especially the environmental dimension of spatial planning and the use of geographic information in planning processes and assessments.
